Please note that you will be able to Cancel a call only 24 hours before the time of the call.
  • Login to STEP
  • Under the STEP COACH Calls and Tasks section, you will see a message that tells you when your next call is Scheduled
  • If you are attempting to Cancel the call 24 hours before the time noted in the message, the Cancel link will be enabled
  • Click on 'Cancel'
  • Provide us with a reason for Canceling (optional) and hit 'Cancel Event.'
  • You will see a confirmation on the following screen about a call cancellation.
  • You may click on the X at the top right of the screen to go back to your Coach Course.

Please remember that a canceled call still counts towards a call utilized to date.
