Note: You will be able to Reschedule a call only 48 hours before the time of the call.

Here are the steps to follow

  • Login to STEP
  • Under the STEP COACH Calls and Tasks section, you will see a message that tells you when your next call is Scheduled.
  • If you are attempting to reschedule the call 48 hours before the time noted in the message, the Reschedule link will be enabled.
  • Click on 'Reschedule.'
  • Pick a different slot that suits your schedule and click 'Confirm.'
  • Provide us with a Reason for Change (optional) and verify that the pre-filled number is correct. Hit 'Update Event.'
  • Once you refresh the page, you should see the new slot you picked under the 'STEP COACH Calls and Tasks Section.'
