There can be multiple reasons why you are not unable to log in. But you can reset the password and reclaim your account. 

  1. Log on to
  2. Enter your registered email id/mobile number (We request you to use the registered user id in order to avoid duplication).
  3. Click on the link “Need a PIN?” – PIN will be sent to your registered email/mobile number
  4. Enter your new PIN
  5. Now you can access the STEP Website.

Please note the PIN numbers don't change and you can reset the password anytime.
