- Make sure to refresh the STEP Coach course page to see if the changes are reflected.
- If not, try logging out and logging back into STEP to see if your browser caches the page correctly.
- For optimal experience try using Google Chrome. If that doesn't work, try a different browser to see if that resolves the problem.
If these steps do not work, please get in touch with our support team with the following information:
- Steps you are following to do the action.
- Email /phone number you are using to login
- Browser you are using and your System's Operating system (Windows, Mac etc.)
- List of any pop-up blockers you may be using.
- Screenshot of any error messages you are using
