1. Check whether your internet speed is good enough?
We have an internet speed test inside the app. Go to "Settings", and you will see the following screen. Click "Speed Test", and you can check if the network speed is good enough for the STEP App.
2. If you are accessing STEP on a mobile browser, are you taking it on the right browser? The speech module works only on Google Chrome and Firefox.
3. If you are still not able to play the video, we request you to raise a ticket - http://support.steptest.in/support/tickets/new, and it would be
ideal if you give us the following details,
1. Mobile device name and model
2. App or Mobile browser. If you are using a mobile browser, please provide us with the name of the browser.
