It's  frustrating when you have video playback issue. Before raising a ticket, we request you to check the following.

1. Are you on the latest version of the App?

We regularly update the app to fix bugs and improve the performance. We might have solved your issue. So please check if you are on the latest version of the app. Check it by going to the Google Play Store -

2. Check whether your internet speed is good enough?

We have an internet speed test inside the app. Go to "Settings" and you will see the following screen. Click "Speed Test" and you can check if the network speed is good enough for the STEP App.

3. If you are still not able to play the video, we request you to raise a ticket - and it would be 

ideal if you give us the following details,

1. Mobile device name and model

2. App or Mobile browser. If you are using mobile browser, name of the browser.
