1. Check your email for any email from STEP.
2. Check your email and phone number for any messages from your Bank. If the transaction failed, your bank would have informed you immediately.
3. In the case of a failed transaction, you'll receive the amount within 5-7 banking days depending on your bank. Many a time due to network concerns customer receives the debit message for an amount which is refunded back by the bank.
