There can be multiple reasons why you are not unable to log in. But you can reset the password and reclaim your account.
- Log on to https://steptest.in
- Enter your registered email id/mobile number (We request you to use the registered user id in order to avoid duplication).
- Click on the link “Need a PIN?” – PIN will be sent to your registered email/mobile number
- Enter your new PIN
- Now you can access the STEP Website.
Please note the PIN numbers don't change and you can reset the password anytime.
